Ordering

  • How do I place an order?

    Placing an order is simple. Upload your own photos and create original art with one of our easy to use single or multi panel templates, or choose from our Gallery of images and print on your choice of substrate.
  • When will my order arrive?

    Production time is typically 5-7 days from order placement. Allow an additional 3-7 days for shipping. If your purchase was part of a special promotion, we will adhere specifically to the shipping terms itemized with that promo.
  • How do I know if I successfully placed an order?

    Once your order is placed, MyDesign Museum Quality Framing will send you confirmation of your order. Please review this confirmation carefully to assure everything is in order.
  • What if I find a mistake on my confirmation receipt?

    Contact support@nwframing.com to change your shipping or billing address as soon as possible.
  • My artwork was damaged during delivery. What do I do?

    Shipping happens. If you experience transit damage of any kind, contact support@nwframing.com immediately. Please keep any packaging and take a few photos of damage to the packaging or artwork. We will send a reprint of your image immediately.

Products

  • What Image file types are acceptable and what photo size is required?

    We require jpegs and file sizes over 2mb are preferred. Images under 2mb but larger than 700kb are sufficient for smaller pieces of art. We always recommend you use the original image from a digital camera. You can check your image size by right clicking your image, click on properties and view the size of your file. The maximum file size accepted by MyDesign Museum Quality Framing is 50mb. Your image is stored for 7 weeks on our site, after which they are deleted from our archives. This should allow ample time for any subsequent re-orders.

    *Do not copy images from the internet! This is copyright infringement and is a criminal offense.

  • Will the colors I see on my monitor vary slightly to the colors on my masterpiece?

    Colors do vary slightly on each monitor. However, the final colors of your artwork will be a very accurate reflection of your original image. Minor variations may occur due to monitor calibration or image resolution, but you most likely won’t notice these aberrations.

    How do I clean & maintain artwork printed on canvas?

    The most effective way to clean your canvas is with a soft duster. A very slightly dampened cloth may be used to gently remove spills or splatters, but in most cases a light dusting is all that is required.

  • Is buying at MyDesign Museum Quality Framing safe?

    We use a secure server using SSL protocol to transmit all of your private information. We do NOT share your personal information. MyDesign Museum Quality Framing uses the well regarded and trusted Authorize.net to handle your transactions. Your financial information is kept safe and encrypted by Authorize.net. We do not store that information.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.
  • What is your return policy?

    MyDesign Museum Quality Framing creates custom products at the request of our customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer credits or exchanges on custom items. *See Returns Terms and Conditions for complete details.
