FrameClub Rules

Basic Membership*

This program is for our individual residential customers who have spent $300.
Initial qualification will be based on spending $300 in 1 store. Purchases
cannot be combined between brands in order to qualify. FrameClub members receive
an ongoing 15% discount (excluding clearance and special framing packages) at
Museum Quality Framing and Beard's Framing. All membership benefits, offers and rewards are non-transferable and only available with in-store purchases.

Platinum Membership*

These additional benefits are only available to those customers who complete
the registration process online and provide a valid email address. Platinum
members receive a Welcome offer of 30% off any single item storewide. This
generous reward is emailed to the customer 4 weeks after activating online
and can be used on any future purchase/order (in-store purchases only). This
email can only be printed and redeemed 1 time by the member. Violation of this
rule will be carefully tracked and result in cancellation of their membership.
Platinum members will also receive exclusive BONUS email offers & messages
throughout the year. Platinum members earn 1 point for every dollar spent. 500
points equates to $500 in spending. For every 500 points earned, these customers
will receive a Reward Card valued at $25. Once a Platinum member has reached 500
points, they'll receive an email letting them know how to get their Reward
Card they'll print the email message and redeem the print out for one $25 Reward
Card. This email will include the member's name and can only be printed once and
redeemed for one $25 Reward Card. Violation of this rule will be carefully
tracked and result in cancellation of their membership. All membership benefits,
offers and rewards are non-transferable and only apply to in-store purchases.

Welcome Offer*

Once customers activate to a Platinum membership online and all membership
information has been verified, an email offer will be sent out to the Platinum
member. This email will offer a one time savings of 30% off any single item,
including custom framing (in-store only). This email can only be printed and
redeemed one time by the member. Violation of this rule will be carefully
tracked and result in cancellation of their membership.

Reward Cards*

Platinum members earn points with every purchase. Once a Platinum member has
reached 500 points, they'll receive an email letting them know how to get their
Reward Card they'll print the email message and redeem the print out for one
$25 Reward Card. This email will include the member's name and can only be
printed one time and redeemed for one $25 Reward Card. Violation of this rule
will be carefully tracked and result in cancellation of their membership.

Enrollment Process:

Qualified customers can enroll in the store (Basic Membership) so that they
can take immediate advantage of the initial 15% offer. However, they will need
to go online to complete their registration if they are interested in receiving
the additional benefits included in the Platinum membership. Qualified customers
could also be notified by mail or email.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I join FrameClub after purchasing $300 online?
A: Not at this time. Currently this program is only available for in-store
purchases.

Q: What if I lose my FrameClub membership card?
A: Just stop by the store where you joined and they can issue you a new one.
They'll just need to ask you a few questions to verify your membership. And if
you've already activated to a Platinum membership, you will not need to go
through that process again once you get your new card.

Q: What if I forget my FrameClub membership card?
A: Just let the store colleague know that you are a member and they'll be able
to check our system to verify your membership.

Q: Who do I contact if I have questions about the program?
A: For general information about the program you can either call one of our
stores directly or send an email to: frameclub@nwframing.com. If you are having
trouble activating your membership online, please email your question to
frameclub@nwframing.com.

Q: How will you keep track of all my purchases at Frame Central, Museum Quality
Framing and Beard's Framing?
A: Remember, only Platinum members' point totals are tracked. Each time you go
to any of our stores, let the colleague know that you are a FrameClub member and
be prepared to show your membership card or your membership number. From there,
we'll quickly make sure we have all your current information (name, address,
phone and membership number) in our system. Once all of the necessary
information is in the system at the store and you've activated to a Platinum
Membership online, we'll track your purchases across all 3 brands using your
FrameClub membership number.

Q: How and when are my points accumulated?
A: Platinum members accumulate Reward points at time of invoice, which is the
day you pick up your completed and paid in full custom project. If purchasing
something that's already in our store, such as photoframes, readymades, or
framed art, then your points accumulate when you pay for these items. Your
points are based on the price you pay after your Basic membership discount.

Q: If I meet the $300 qualification on today's purchase, can I apply the 15%
discount on that purchase?
A: Yes. As long as you provide the necessary enrollment information (name,
address, phone) to join the FrameClub by providing this information you are
enrolled in a Basic FrameClub Membership.

Q: If I purchase more than $500 and want to join the FrameClub that day do I
receive the 15% discount and the $25 Reward Card?
A: No. However, you can join today and receive the % off with your Basic
Membership. But, in order to be eligible for the $25 Reward Card you'll need to
activate to a Platinum membership online (from your own computer) and points
begin to accumulate AFTER you activate and have completed the verification
process. The Platinum Membership Welcome Offer and $25 Reward Card will arrive
separately these cannot be used on works in progress.

Q: How will I receive my $25 Reward Card after accumulating 500 points?
A: Platinum customers will receive an email letting them know they have reached
the reward level and they are instructed to print the email and bring it in to
any store to receive their $25 Reward Card. See Club Rules for more details.

Q: What if I don't have email or internet access? Can I still activate to a
Platinum membership?
A: Unfortunately no. The additional benefits are only available to customers we
can communicate with online. We can afford the generous Welcome Offer and deeper
discounts ONLY because of the lower cost of communication. Customers without
email or internet access can take full advantage of the 15% Basic Membership
discount.

Q: Can I activate my Platinum membership in the store?
A: Yes and No. You can ask the store colleague to start the Platinum activation
process for you in store, but you'll need to complete the process from your own
computer. There are a few steps required in order to verify your membership and
this must be done where you can access your email. Verification can take up to
48 hours.

Q: Can I apply my 30% Welcome Offer to my custom framing project that I'll be
picking up next week?
A: The 30% Welcome coupon is not valid on works in progress or prior purchases.
This very generous offer is only valid on future purchases.

Q: Can FrameClub members get their 15% discount in addition to storewide sales?
A: No. If we're having a storewide sale you'll need to choose whichever offers
the better discount.

Q: Can FrameClub members get their 15% discount in addition to marked down
products?
A: Yes. If for example, you select a photoframe that's been marked down (but not
on clearance), you can apply your discount to this product.

Q: Can FrameClub members get their 15% discount in addition to Clearance Items,
the Basic Framing Package, Kids Art Deal or the Penny Pinching Poster Package?
A: No. All clearance items and framing packages are excluded from further discount of any kind.
